- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide individualized support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Familiarity with literacy education, daycare, tutoring, or special education is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with young children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs is beneficial
