Oversees, plans and schedules a diversified program of activities and services for recreation activity centers participants.

Interviews recreation activity center participants to assess needs.
Determines need to refer recreation activity center participants to licensed professionals.
Evaluates and monitors recreation activity center participants.
Follows up on referrals.
Acts as a liaison between other agencies and recreation activity center participants.
Conducts educational, prevention and recreational programs and activities for at-risk youth.
Prepares statistical and analytical reports of recreation activity center programs and services.
Responds to inquiries concerning recreation activity center programs and services.
Meets with social and civic organizations within the community.

Qualifications Required Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in recreation and parks, social or behavioral science, public administration or education.
