Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center is a year-round therapeutic educational and residential program for middle and high school-aged youths with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities.
While in our care, youth attend an on-site, full-day, special and general education school that operates a 12-month program.

You will:
Provide appropriate instruction in a small classroom setting.
Assist behavioral and clinical teams in behavioral management students.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress.

What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree
A passion for working with adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral issues is strongly preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have or be willing to acquire a Maryland Educator’s Certification through a Conditional Certification Process.
One of the following is preferred:
Standard Professional Certificate I (SPS I)
Standard Professional Certificate II (SPC II)
Advanced Professional Certificate (APC)
