*Crunch Fitness Personal Trainers…*
* Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
* Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (TrueCoach)
* Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
* Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper/safe use of equipment
* Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
* Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
* Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (DataTrak)
* Other duties as assigned

*Here’s What You Need to Qualify…*
* Personal training experience (1 year)
* Professional personal training certification (required) - NASM, ISSA, ACE, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
* CPR/AED certification
* Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
* Background check
