Position Title Pathways Completion Specialist (Pool) FLSA Non-Exempt FT/PT Part Time Hours Per Week Up to 25 hours Work Schedule Varies depending on department needs Position Salary Range $25/hr General Responsibilities Pathways Completion Specialists in the Office of Completion Services assists the Associate Director of Learning Assistance Center & Completion Services with implementing the college’s strategic plans related to academic standing and student completion.
Work Performed Pathway Completion Specialists are embedded within academic pathways and academic courses to support academic success.
Pathway Completion Specialists will be expected to monitor Early Alerts for their assigned courses, work with students in academic jeopardy, refer students to appropriate support services, and provide knowledge about academic success skills.
Minimum Education Required Minimum Number of Years Experience Required Other Knowledge Required Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred, preferably in higher education, student affairs, counseling, social work, or academic discipline directly related to the applicable pathway.
