Condo Cleaning (Owings Mills)

In need of RELIABLE & AFFORDABLE condo cleaning.
2 story condo takes less then 2 hours to clean ( I Am an older Male & PREFER MALE To Clean).
Looking for once a month.
Please have own transportation.
Basic cleaning, vacuuming, dusting.
(I have all supplies) Prefer someone to check the place out first so that you are comfortable with it and the pay and I am comfortable with you.
Also someone flexible as my schedule changes weekly Cannot seem to find someone serious!! No one does what they say :( NEED SOMEONE TO COME DO A REALLY DEEP CLEANING SINCE ITS BEEN AWHILE.
WILL PAY MORE THE FIRST TIME.
