The Client Relations Coordinator serves as the voice for Quick Servant when handling incoming calls from clients.
Client Relations Coordinator is the communication link between the clients requesting service and other relevant departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Regularly update clients on call status, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively conveying client requirements and feedback.
Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies and initiatives to enhance client experience and loyalty.
