The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interfacing with customers in both in-person, phone and e-mail interactions.
The Customer Service Representative develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Serves as point of contact for prospective candidates and clients
Respond to routine customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
Maintain database of customer contacts
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers,
and the general public
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume
Develops and presents move plan to customer and negotiates changes in scope and price.
Design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company
services and products
Create and develop online marketing strategies, webpage development, creating client and prospective
client database
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees/Customers
Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
Answering all incoming phone calls
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
*High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience *Prior experience with the general public (customers) a plus; prior experience as a cashier a plus *Ability to accurately serve as a cashier, including processing credit cards, making change, and other basic math skills *Excellent oral/written communication skills *Excellent customer relationship skills *Excellent organization skills *Ability to multi-task *Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors *Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
Compensation is $14.
00 - $18.
