A reputable Wellness and Aesthetic facility in Reisterstown, Maryland is seeking a dynamic _*Front Office Coordinator*_ to assist in the continuation of the unique and elite patient experiences we are known for.
This key role will function as the first impression of our practice for our patients, visitors, and other staff members; and is pivotal to the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have wellness and aesthetic industry experience.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Executing the administrative functions within the clinic, such as answering phone calls and emails professionally and quickly; performing patient check-in and check-out, accurately updating patient data, scheduling appointments, handling cancellations and other patient concerns, gathering required information from clients in a confidential manner, and providing general practice information regarding services, products, and procedures.
* Overseeing and ensuring the office and product supplies are adequately maintained and managed; supporting the clinical team in meeting the demands of changing patient volume; and managing the clinic cleanliness and overall aesthetics.
* The Front Office Coordinator is also responsible for attending staff meetings and trainings, as well as following all facility and organizational procedures and policies in the performance of their job duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
Qualifications and Required Skillset:
* *2+ years’ Wellness or Hospitality experience a must; Aesthetics experience preferred.

* Upbeat, professional demeanor and appearance.
* Self-starter, ability to take initiative.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
* Ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
* Availability to work hours that may vary each week, typically starting between 8.
30am to 10:30am, with *the day ending between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
Saturday hours (1-2 a month) will also be required for this position.

Wage range $ 18 – 22/hour.
