- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Caregiving: Ability to provide nurturing care and support to young children
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with young students in a childcare setting
- Childhood Development: Understanding of child development principles and milestones
- Behavior Management: Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- Classroom Management: Skill in creating an organized and engaging classroom environment
- Childcare/Nannying: Experience in providing childcare or nannying services for young children
- Infant and Toddler/Early Childhood Education: Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum and best practices
