Roof siding and more (Reisterstown)

Basically I am looking for a sales person for a roof and siding company , the reason I am posting this because I wanna make my company grow and right now I am not receiving the calls I want and I been advertising but still not enough, if anyone looking for a job and have ideas to bring more costumers in I am willing to give the highest percentage of every job we get .
