To be approved, we will need the following:
‣ State Issued ID or Drivers License
‣ Proof of income - income must show that you receive 70% of the rent (2 recent paystubs, 2 bank statements, offer letter etc.
)
‣ Approved credit and background screening
‣ No prior evictions nor owing landlords
‣ $25 application fee per person 18 years and older - Receive a credit for application fee after move in!
Pet Policy:
Two pets per apartment maximum.
Domestic cats & dogs up to 75 pounds.
$250 non-refundable deposit.
$35 monthly.
