Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist with tracking and pursuing agency prequalification
Conference exhibit/sponsorship coordination
CRM database input and reporting
Administrative support for corporate marketing leadership staff
Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Required Experience
Associate's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of databases
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment.
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking.
Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
