Position Summary: ABSC is seeking an Application Coordinator with a TS/SCI to support the U.
S.
Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) in Columbia, MD.
Our diverse team of professionals provide specialized operational, administrative and personnel management support in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Coordinate travel arrangements and commitments and produce itineraries and travel orders in support of missions.
Manage the application process for candidates from initial application to final screening.
Conduct credit checks for members annually to support approved revalidation procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 25 recruiting operations annually (includes travel).
Advise and assist applicants regarding application process.
Develop and deliver briefings, strategies, reports, plans, meeting notes, presentations, etc.
, to government team leads.
Perform other associated duties as assigned.
Experience Required for this Role: At least five years of experience working in the human resources, recruitment or career management field relating to DoD intelligence professionals.
At least two years of experience in military correspondence, policies or procedures, providing technical guidance on style, composition, and correct formats, organizing workload and master suspense logs, providing customer service.
At least five years’ experience in DoD or Army recruitment activities or career management.
Proficient with MS office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
At least two years of experience in the organization of office files and documentation.
