Location - Columbia, MD Office
Vector Security is looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual with incredible organization and time-management skills.
What You Will Do:
New Hire Orientation and Onboarding – assist managers and navigate the initial onboarding for new hires from the offer letter to the 1st day on the job.
Licensing – Assist managers with tracking employee licensing for renewal licensing, process new licenses for new employees.
Submit all electrical licenses for branch electrician.
Support General Manager and other managers in administrative duties.
Payroll and Commissions – Submit payroll spreadsheet each payroll.
Backup to calculating sales commissions from Job Cost reports, Dice and Smart Sheet programs.
Order all Office and Branch Supplies.
Coordinate lunches, meeting supplies and other branch functions as needed.
Cell phones, computers and laptops – Assist managers with ordering computer equipment, maintain and document all equipment given to employees and returned to IT.
Property management- Work with the property manager on maintaining the building.
Manage vendors for the copiers, building issues, pest control, shredding, cleaning.
Maintain branch checkbook and petty cash.
All other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Communication (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and utilize dual screens
