Full Job Description Lead Clinician- LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LCMFT Salary: 70,000-78,000 per year full-time Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Flexible spending account Setting: Very exciting position for a Clinician that loves to lead a team working in the community health sector.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team that provides treatment in the home as part of Maryland’s ACT program.
Daily caseload of 3–4 clients with plenty of time for charting and team meetings.
Daily life: The day will start with a meeting with your team and then home visits with clients.
The typical caseload is usually 3–4 clients per day, with time for administrative duties and charting.
The schedule is flexible depending on the therapist and the client's needs.
Clients consist of adults with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, all registered in the ACT program.
*No on call, no evening, no weekends.

Treatment team consists of NP, therapist, administrative lead, vocational and housing assistants, nurses, and substance use therapists if required.

Requirements: * Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling or related field preferred * Licensed therapist in the state of Maryland * Two years of lead therapeutic experience preferred * Current driver's license with clean driving record Responsibilities: * Lead team treatment team including case support and supervision of team therapists * Manage client caseload-initial Bio-psychosocial and follow-up notes * Complete charting and documentation in accordance with documentation policies and procedures * Collaborates with other professionals on the client's treatment team to develop, coordinate, or integrate treatment plans.
* Maintaining detailed records of patients' progress * Adhere to organizational standards and policies and procedures, code of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice, professional standards, duty to warn, abuse and neglect reporting policies and procedures and exercise professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
