Wanted: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neurological and Orthopedic Rehab Facility
We treat 1-on-1 usually averaging about 37 patients per week!
New grads are welcome with mentoring available and one-on-one patient care!
Therafit Rehab in Woodlawn, MD is looking for a skilled, motivated, competent, likable, FUN, creative, and passionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team full-time offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
We serve people of all ages with disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Pediatrics, as well as other conditions such as balance, vertigo, ortho conditions, and much more.
Please note, that we do serve pediatrics at this location consisting of about 10% of the population (mentoring available, pediatrics NOT required to treat if not desired).
Are you feeling burnt out or scared of burning out?
Are you treating 15+ patients a day with no time to spend with the patient? We treat 1-on-1 with a max of 9 patients per day often averaging 7 patients per day!
Tired of taking documentation home? Treating fewer patients means less documentation! And we offer point-of-service documentation, using rolling desks and laptops!
Feel like you're not using your skills and doing the same thing over and over? Our clinics keep you challenged with ortho, neuro, vestibular, and peds.
Every treatment is different and since we treat 1-on-1 it gives you the time you need to prepare for each treatment.
If you love your profession and a challenge this is the perfect opportunity for you, hurry and apply because we usually get many applicants and are always selective about who we bring on board our teams!
Also, we are always searching for partners and leaders in our organization.
We offer a Team Lead and Clinical Director Mentoring Program that allows teammates to advance their careers in a growing company.
