HRIM Analyst – UKG/Scheduling:
This position will be the key production Analyst for implementing and supporting the Basic and Advanced Scheduler Systems of UKG Dimension product for Fundamental Administrative Services and all Client Facilities.
This position will be the key resource for Facility Scheduling and the position responsible to ensure the successful and continual use of the product.
The new system will be used primarily for Nursing but may be expanded to other departments as well.
* Implement all aspects of Advanced Scheduling to include the following;
* Basic Scheduling
* Mobile Scheduling
* Self-Scheduling
* Agency Scheduling
* Fit analysis, modeling, testing, documentation, and training for Sparks staff and Field staff related to Time and Attendance.
* Mapping, auditing and reviewing data for/from conversions
* Building/maintaining setup tables and mapping existing data to new/enhanced formats
* Reviewing current processes and identifying changes need to implement the new system
* Maintain issue logs and resolution track related to scheduling.
* Building and monitoring scripts and issues lists related to testing
* Assist with end-user training and documentation.
* Training and Go Live support for beta sites and rollout of all facilities.
* Supporting Field and Payroll staff with Scheduling system issues.
* Implement and reinforce correct scheduling processes and reports.
* Supporting Facilities with all issues related to UKG Dimensions Scheduling.
* Continually monitor the use of the Advanced Schedule system.
* Review reports and coordinate with Regional HR, RVPs, and CFO on Facility non-compliance.
* Build reports and analytics to ensure the system is being used as fully designed.
* Track system usage, as well as, regular, overtime, and agency hours for efficiencies and cost reduction.
* Working with Help Desk to resolve equipment issues, security changes, system related issues.
This position will work directly with the Projects and HRIS groups in implementations as well as have specific project assignments as it relates to UKG and scheduling.
The applicant should be detail oriented with previous exposure as part of a Project Team.
Requirements;
Knowledge of Automated scheduling systems from implementation through production, preferably in Healthcare.
Previous experience with Scheduling systems, preferably UKG.
PeopleSoft and UKG/Kronos experience helpful.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and CPP or SHRM certification preferred.
