We prepare candidates to take over management and sales strategy of one of our businesses--a Profit Center location.
*Hiring location: Columbia, MD for 1st year of training, nationwide relocation required for Manager placement.

Throughout the Management Training Program, trainees are exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field.
This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each Management Trainee and encompasses, but is not limited to:
* Business Management
* Sales/Business Development
* Operations
* Electrical & Elevator Supply Knowledge
* Warehouse Operations
* Supplier Product Seminars
* Counter Sales
* Inventory Control
* Purchasing
* Leadership
* Corporate Administrative Exposure
* Customer Relations
Each Management Trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training.
We are looking for people who aren't afraid of a fast paced and sales-oriented environment and have a desire to grow one of our business locations.
Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, strong leaders, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
*Management Trainee Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s Degree Required (business preferred)
• Candidates need to be local or planning to relocate to Columbia, MD
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Valid drivers license
