Currently reviewing resumes for a friendly, dependable, well organized individual to work in a fast paced environment for a well established (since 1985) Building Service Contractor.
Work schedule is 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday (40 hrs per week, 1 hour lunch break)
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Working directly with the COO and Office Manager, assisting with daily activities
- Providing administrative support to Account Executives
- Answering phone calls and directing to the correct individual or department
- Coordinating activities between the sales and operations departments
- Communicating with customers, handling requests and resolving problems.
- Marketing to current and new prospective customers
- Keeping the CRM current and recording all activities
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Reviewing current contracts
- Other administrative task as needed
**** Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ****
Familiar with Google G Suite (now Workspace) including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
