CP Food Products, Inc.
is a fully owned subsidiary of CP Foods headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
CP Food Products imports various shrimp products from Southeast Asia and distributes nationwide in the US.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and organized individual to fulfill the role of an administrative assistant at our office in Columbia, MD.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
· General office duties including email and phone correspondence, filing, copying/scanning, data entry and reporting
· Provide support for Sales Team through 3PL communications, order processing and review, product knowledge and inventory management
· Review orders and invoices for accuracy and follow up as needed
· Prepare and analyze sales reports for weekly meetings
· Work collaboratively with all departments on tasks and projects
· Take on new tasks and projects as requested

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university
• Self motivation and accountability
• Team-player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office -- specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Basic analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks per deadlines
