Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering home-based treatment as part of Maryland's ACT program.
Your daily caseload will involve 3–4 clients, with ample time for documentation and team meetings.
*Daily Life: *Start your day with a team meeting, followed by home visits with clients.
Typically, you'll work with 3–4 clients daily, allowing time for administrative tasks and documentation.
Your schedule is flexible, accommodating both therapist and client needs.
Clients are adults with various psychiatric diagnoses registered in the ACT program.
No on-call duty, no evening shifts, and no weekend work.

*Requirements:*
* Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
* New Master's graduates will be considered based on salary (DOE)
* Board registration in Maryland is a must
* Two years of therapeutic experience is preferred
* Possession of a current driver's license with a clean driving record
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage your client caseload, including initial bio-psychosocial assessments and follow-up notes
* Complete documentation and charting in accordance with established policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other professionals on the client's treatment team to develop, coordinate, or integrate treatment plans
* Maintain detailed records of patients' progress
* Adhere to organizational standards, policies and procedures, code of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice, professional standards, duty to warn, abuse and neglect reporting policies and procedures, and uphold professionalism at all times.
