Heritage Financial Consultants, a successful wealth management and financial planning firm, has an exciting opportunity for someone to join one of the partner’s teams in the Hunt Valley, MD Office.
The position is for a full-time Planner Assistant role.
The Planner Assistant will support the advisor to help grow the business and carry out the following responsibilities: * Organize & schedule client meetings & appointments * Gather & prepare forms needed for client requests * Streamline & execute new business processing activities * Coordinate client action items * Client communication * Answer incoming phone calls * Additional administrative functions This non-selling position is full-time, is compensated with a competitive base salary, will be eligible for a bonus structure with a very attractive overall benefits package described below.
The role will also cover costs for education pursing defined industry related licenses and/or designations, where appropriate.
