We need an organized, proactive administrative professional that can help support a diverse team that's driving end-to-end decision system innovation.
As an integral part of our leadership team, you'll support the operational and organizational needs of a group advancing data science and engineering methods to positively impact real-world problems.
As the QAX Group Office Administrator, you will.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle other essential operational tasks for leadership.
Serve as the first point of contact for staff support, including travel, policy, registrations, and purchasing.
Manage group property, inventory, and coordination of logistics and group resources.
Order and maintain supplies, supervise budget tracking, and manage procurement processes.
Innovate and streamline administrative processes, enhancing group productivity and effectiveness.
Maintain orderly group digital resources, including document and knowledge repository management, communications, and IT coordination.
Provide labor planning updates and assist with recruiting logistics, and onboarding.
Organize group events and take the lead in contributing to a positive team environment and culture.
Collaborate with the branch administration team for cohesive cross-organization support and coverage.
Take on other tasks as needed, ensuring the operational success of the group.
Qualifications You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field plus a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
A combination of equivalent level of relevant administrative experience and/or education may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Excel at independent task management, prioritization, problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills.
Are highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and have an interest in exploring new technologies.
Are able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information.
Eligibility requirements include U.
S.
citizenship.

Have previous administrative experience at APL, and familiarity with APL's policies, procedures, and business systems.
Have administrative support experience in a Research & Development environment or organization.
Hold a current Secret security clearance or higher.
