Job Summary
This Senior Financial Analyst role in Tools & Outdoor Group FP&A will support the Director of FP&A, helping to drive P&L Performance transparency and optimization across the Tools organization.
The role will include traditional FP&A responsibilities including month end close analysis and executive reporting of variance drivers.
In addition, the role will serve as SME for our Hyperion applications and advocate for their improvement on behalf of the user network.
The ideal candidate will also support transition to Power BI tools.
Skills & Experience
Candidates should have proven problem-solving skills, solid oral and written communications, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across all functions, generating solutions or recommendations to issues before topics are presented to management.
Ideal candidates would also have prior experience in FP&A or Corporate Audit.
Candidates should also have excellent computer skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Hyperion Essbase.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills, plus 2 - 3 years of experience
