Project Accountant

Beynon Sports Surfacing is the leader in sport surfacing in the United States.
Our surfaces are found in the most prestigious track and field facilities reputed collegiates campuses, high schools and city park.
We are currently looking for a part time Construction Accountant to join our team.
This position will be Hybrid, with coming into the office as needed for training and meetings.
Key responsibilities: · Entering in project data in accounting software (Sage) · Reviewing change orders and additional purchase orders · Provide reports and analytics of budgets of project.
· Entering in vendors and verification of all related information, including but not limited to W9 COI, SOV, invoice.
Qualifications: · Strong attention to details · Previous bookkeeping, A/P, A/R experience · Constructions or project accounting a plus · Analytical aptitude a must · AA degree or higher preferred · Ability work independently EOE- Drug Free Workplace Job Type: Part-time Pay: $27.
