The Buyer Agent is a goal-oriented, relationship-driven individual who loves making connections and guiding our clients through one of the largest financial decisions of their life.
This person will be responsible for converting prospective home buyers into lifetime clients through skillful consultation, identifying homes that match their ideal criteria, and negotiating the purchase of their next home.
What You Will Do
Assess clients' wants and needs through a consultative process
Show clients homes that meet clients' criteria
Provide thorough real estate expertise
Negotiate real estate purchase transactions
Scrub existing database through research, re-engagement, upkeep, and follow up
Implement, develop, and manage database and follow up systems
Accurately track and report productivity and key metrics

What You Will Need
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
Vision to grow in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License
Prior experience in the real estate industry
Working knowledge of Trello, Excel, Firepoint or similar CRM, DISC personality profiling, StrengthFinder, MRIS or other MLS, and/or ShowingTime
