Position Purpose
To lease apartments at the highest effective rent possible, while maintaining quality customer service and high satisfaction among residents and prospects.
To respond promptly and courteously to all residents and prospects, helping to resolve resident issues quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities and Duties
Answer telephones and respond to voicemails and emails.
Pleasantly greet and qualify prospects in accordance with all fair housing regulations and Cove Property Management standards.
Tour prospects around the community, showing model homes and any ready vacant homes.
Maintain awareness of competitive community rent levels and amenities, as well as up-to-date knowledge of your community’s facts and statistics.
Prepare move-in packages for all new residents.
Greet new residents and assist with the entire move-in process.
Maintain knowledge of the lease rules and regulations, as well as community policies, and relay these to residents as needed.
Plan and host resident functions.
Follow-up with move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction.
Prepare weekly traffic reports and other reports required by management.
Maintain office supplies and printed material, ensure that the model is always ready for tours, and assist management in marketing strategies.
Inspect homes prior to move-ins to ensure move-in ready status.
Follow company policies for all leasing procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to present a positive, professional image
Prior leasing or sales experience preferred
NALP designation a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Yardi a plus
