*Job Description:*
As a Loan Officer at Caliver Beach Mortgage, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and guiding clients through the lending process.
Your expertise and professionalism will be essential in building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful origination and processing of loans.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Provide expert advice on loan products and recommend suitable options.
* Loan Application Review: Analyze loan applications and supporting documents to determine eligibility and creditworthiness.
Conduct thorough financial assessments.
* Credit Analysis: Assess credit reports and financial statements to evaluate risk factors and make informed lending decisions.
* Loan Origination: Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Client Education: Educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other loan-related details.
Address client inquiries and concerns.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals.
* Compliance: Stay up-to-date with lending regulations and ensure all loan activities adhere to legal and company policies.
* Sales and Business Development: Actively promote loan products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
*Qualifications:*
* *At least two years' experience as a mortgage loan officer (required).

* *Active MLO license (required).

* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
